Gardiner Dairy Foundation Luncheon 2015

End-to-end event management

The Gardiner Dairy Foundation hosts an annual event to bring together leaders within the dairy industry and to showcase the work the Foundation has invested in.

The event involves formal research presentations, followed by a three course meal. A key feature was an internationally recognised guest speaker.

JAW Communications organised the luncheon from start to finish - organising the invitation, liaising with the venue, developing speaking notes, event collateral and onsite event management. JAW Communications managed the order of proceedings and event logistics, right down to purchasing a unique thank-you gift for the speaker.

The end result was 150 happy people and a fantastic dairy industry event that was informative and enjoyed by all.
