CIRCLE Webinars
New ways to reach rural audiences
Our client needed support to deliver a Commonwealth Government-funded program, which involved the delivery of webinars. However, they had no experience in using this technology. They were to be part of a suite of training and development resources and materials that are a key component of the newly developed granting program. The aim of the webinars was to offer something new and exciting and impart knowledge that would help to increase confidence and skills to take on leadership roles and respond to future change.
We researched the options, finding a platform that would work well for people in rural, regional and remote Australia. Our team then worked with the client to develop a series of five webinars. Our role was to assist in developing the topics, sourcing and coaching the speakers, developing the story boards, writing scripts, developing the presentations and then managing the webinar, including filtering questions and dealing with participants' technical challenges. We also then ran post-event surveys, using the feedback to improve each session.
In total, more than 700 people participated in these sessions, which achieved an overall satisfaction rating of 4.5 / 5.
